The National Fire Control EngineeringResearch Center (Sichuan subcenter ) is a professional organization forresearching, developing and producing building fire prevention andfire-retardant material. It relies on Ministry of Public Security Sichuan FireControl Research Institute. The subcenter set up and ran with the approval ofState Science and Technology Commission in 1996, its responsible institution wasthe Ministry of Public Security.

The subcenter of Sichuan sets up the development department , engineeringdepartment , system testing department and office, divided into thecorresponding entity. Now has three economic entities: Chengdu Dujiang WeirFireproof Material Factory, Chengdu Dujiang Fire-retardant Coating Factory andthe Chengdu Tianfu Fire Control Science &Technology Development EngineeringCorporation.

About the product
【Sprayed inorganic fibre fire-resistive material】 takes themineral wool as main raw material, and after granulation and at last combineswith the binder and other components.
Sprayed inorganic fibre fireprotection layer is non-combustible, does not produce smoke, able to bear hightemperature, light quality, nonpoisonous, tasteless, heat insulated, soundabsorption, weather resistant, etc. It is one kind of high-efficient heatinsulated and fireproof protection layer which has low price and reliableweather resistance.

Construction
The protected structure or the backing material surface should remove greasespot , dirt and iron rust and other rabbishes that may influence the bindingpower.
Construction temperature should not be lower than 4℃, ventilate well in theconstruction yard
Adopt dry type jet plane to construct, spray material's transportingdistance can be 100m and 80m high, the spray material's speed can be 5-6kg/min(dry matter), the each-time spray thickness can be 5-20mm.
The spray work should carry out by skilled workers. Generally, two timesspray may reach the required thickness.
For the different structures and different fire endurances requiredthickness of the protective layershould have some difference in principle
